6 zucchini flowers
1/2 cup provolone cheese, grated

1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Carefully open the zucchini flowers and stuff them with the grated provolone cheese.
In a small bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, parsley, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Dip the stuffed zucchini flowers in the olive oil and then roll them in the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the stuffed zucchini flowers on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
